Saint-Estèphe is one of the local Médoc appellations. Situated on the left bank of the Gironde River, the vineyard counts about 1370 hectares.
During harvest, the grapes were sorted out, destemmed and then crushed. The fermenting time lasted about 30 days. The wine was then partially aged in tanks and in oak casks.
Mainly composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, our Saint-Estèphe Grand Vin is characterized by an intense dark red color and an aromatic richness that combines notes of liquorice, blackberry and tobacco box. The tannins are well coated and the mouth is creamy and long.
