First bottling at l'Assemblière

Our Châteauneuf du Pape "Du Soleil à la Terre" 2020 was bottled at our site in Tavel, at the beginning of February!
This small cuvée dedicated to wine merchants and restaurants comes from vines planted for decades on a clay-limestone hillside covered with rolled pebbles. Just after the malolactic fermentations, the wine was put into barrels in our new Assemblière cellar, in Tavel.
After 15 months of aging, the wine was ready to be bottled! For this, we called on Marc André and his family company ADM.
A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, with melted woodiness and a silky structure...
