The Bordeaux appellation extends over the whole Bordeaux area which has a great diversity of soils.
Our Vin Gourmand is made from vines planted on gravel as well as clay and limestone soils which benefit from a South/South-West orientation.
During harvest, the grapes were sorted out, destemmed and then crushed. The fermenting time lasted about 4 weeks. The wine was then aged in tanks only to preserve the natural aromas.
The color of this wine is bright cherry red. The nose presents aromas of small red and black fruit (blackcurrant and blackberry). The palate has soft and round tannins.
Serve at 18°C.

“It is fruity, greedy indeed as the label indicates, there is flesh, soft tannins and a lot of fruit! At less than 5 Euros, the new Bordeaux has arrived!”
