Our Côtes du Rhône De Natura Rerum vintage is mainly made from a blend of grenache and syrah, planted on clay-limestone soils.
During the winemaking, we tried to preserve as much as possible the natural fruit of the grapes: destemming, cold prefermentary maceration, short fermentation. The wine was aged in vats for 6 months.
The nose of this wine invites you to the table. It explodes of fruit. Black currant, raspberry and cherry associate so as to better express themselves. Tender in the mouth without any sort of aggressivity, this wine has a touch of soft tannic structure.
Serve at 16°C. Keep until 5-6 years

This is a wine of simple moments and a good companion to all types of meals. It will go just as well with cold cuts and grilled meats as it will with spicy dishes and cheese pizza.
It goes just as well with local cuisine, especially with a ratatouille or mix vegetable. It is also delicious with a tender roast beef.
