Our wine is mainly made from grenache and syrah grapes, growing on clay and limestone soils.
During vinification, we tried to preserve as much as possible the natural fruitiness of the grapes: destemming, cold pre-fermentation, short vatting. The wine has been aged in tanks only.
The nose of this wine is a real delicacy. The aromas of red fruits are fresh, and the palate is fine and tonic.
It is the wine of simple moments, the good companion of all meals.
Serving temperature: 16°C.
Keep between 3 and 5 years.
