Our Grand Vin honors the king grape variety of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation: Grenache.
Planted on sandy clay soils mixed with rolled pebbles, the vines have given the best of themselves. The grapes were harvested by hand, at good maturity, before being sorted and then vinified.
The nose speaks gladly a good hour after the bottle has been opened. It evokes black fruits, fresh leather, curry. After a longer aeration, it is the notes of burnt wood, coffee and pepper that speak.
The mouth is not to be outdone. The speech is warm and does not bring any aggressiveness but a kind, warm and subtle speech. The frame is tight and well supported. The conclusion comes naturally and just leaves the desire to start the exchange again.

Vintage 2019
91 Robert Parker Wine Advocate
This négociant has turned out a seductive 2019 Châteauneuf du Pape Grand Vin from a blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% each Counoise and Mourvèdre. Black cherries, red raspberries and vanilla notes appear on the nose, while the full-bodied palate is lush, creamy, with plentiful but ripe tannins and a long, silky-textured finish.
